Chicago Spine + Sports and Healthy Results would like to invite our patients, friends and neighbors to 2009 Holiday Open House. Please stop by on Wednesday, December 9th between 6 to 8 pm to celebrate the holiday season and view our remodeled office on its one year anniversary. As a supporter of Children?s Home + Aid we also invite you to bring an unwrapped toy to help make a Chicagoland child’s holiday a happy one! We will be raffling off prizes at the end of the evening. Raffle tickets will be given out in exchange for unwrapped toys. Light appetizers and soft drinks will be provided. If you are unable to attend and would like to donate a toy we will be collecting them until the day of the party.
