Elevated heels 2 inches, place feet together and place towel in between knees, maintain straight legs, raise arms above head and then bend forward to touch toes maintaining straight legs; 5 repetitions. 3. Perform a deep squat, at bottom of squat grab both feet with same side hands, while maintaining grip on toes, raise hips upward to straighten knees; 5 repetitions
