Tiffany originally joined the Chicago Spine and Sports team in 2015 as a rehabilitation specialist, after graduating with her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). She obtained her personal trainer certificate through the American College of Sports Medicine and worked to integrate rehabilitative exercise with functional movement for patients with the CSS and Healthy Results teams. During this time she completed UIC's Coordinated Program in Dietetics to earn her master's degree and Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.

Ultimately, Tiffany's career goal is to combine her expertise in nutrition and exercise science to provide an integrated and evidence-based approach to health and performance for athletes of all levels. She earned a wide range of nutrition experience through her dietetic supervised practice, completing her clinical rotation at Illinois Masonic Medical Center and sports rotation at Northwestern University Athletics. Tiffany's experience in clinical and performance nutrition have led her to CPSDA's Sports Nutrition Immersion Program (SNIP). Tiffany was chosen to receive one of 10 fellowship positions for the 2019-2020 year.
